Whether you apply online or offline, your application must be accompanied by a brief letter from an authorized senior level decision-maker of your company describing why the organization is interested in implementing a telework program and what the company hopes to accomplish through teleworking.

Your application constitutes a submission to initiate a formal company telework program on behalf of your business organization. The Telework!VA program applications are submitted through a competitive process, are subject to eligibility guidelines, and will be awarded at the discretion of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Rail and Public Transportation on a first come/first serve basis as long as funds are available. Applications are normally processed within 10 working days.
